DELIVERIES

 

Our oranges and mandarin oranges are delivered door to door by a delivery agency. We harvest the fruit on demand and we deliver it on the same day. 

We do not harvest on Saturdays nor Sundays, nor on days when meteorological conditions within the zone do not permit it (rain, etc). 

Once we have received your order and your payment we will proceed to harvest it.

We only deliver fruit to the following English speaking countries: Holland, Denmark, Luxembourg, England, Wales and Monaco. 

Once we have received your order and your payment we will proceed to harvest it.  We only harvest and deliver fruit to these English speaking countries on Mondays and it is received at customer´s house on Thursdays or Fridays. Once your order is been delivered you will receive an email with its tracking number.

 

 PRICES

 

Prices that appear on our web pages already include VAT. The cost of transport will be calculated according to geographic location and the weight of the order.

 

WEIGHT

 

Due to the nature of the product, the weight of boxes will always be approximate. We always try to select the numbers of fruits necessary to reach the approximate weight. Sometimes, the weight per box may be slightly under or over.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

 

Once the order is made, the client may choose to pay using any of the methods that the web page stipulates. For information, payment by credit card (Paypal allows you to pay with your credit card), bank transfer to our account BBVAESMMXXXES57 0182-0567-25-0201595237 or deposit (fruit harvest  will not proceed until we receive your payment confirmation, or we receive an email with the bank acknowledgement of the transfer or deposit), Paypal. 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

1. - Refunds for the delivery of damaged or deteriorated product will be dealt with as follows:

 

The TIMESCALE for effecting a refund for damaged goods is TWENTY FOUR HOURS taken from the point of the delivery when the damage is not externally visible. When it is immediately externally visible, it should be specified in the contract document (Art. 366 Commercial Code) AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY. 

If you receive your order and the box is found to be in a poor state through impacts, please record this on the delivery note. Communicate this to us immediately by calling our customer service number 0034-620248522 or by sending an email to  info@citrusgourmet.com

If the damage is not externally visible but on opening the box you find the product has been damaged by impacts (such as split or squashed oranges etc.), you have 24 hours to communicate this to us by telephoning our customer service line 0034-620248522 or sending an email to  info@citrusgourmet.com. It would be extremely helpful if you could photograph the damage and send this to us by email to the same address previously indicated.

In both instances, we will organize a free replacement order.

 

2.- If you are not completely satisfied with products acquired from  www.citrusgourmet.co, you may return them in the following way

 

When requesting a refund, the client must return the product to Citrus Gourmet within 24 hours following the receipt of the product, and the costs of the return will be at the customer´s expense. The refund will be processed, by bank transfer, once we have received the product. 

If on the other hand you would like to substitute the product, Citrus Gourmet will facilitate this, again, once we have received the returned product. The costs of the return must be met by the client.

Under no circumstances will we issue refunds or substitute orders when the product is not returned in its original packaging and with the product in a perfect state.
